Dacite Data Solutions operates an SMS and text messaging program to communicate with users who submit inquiries through our website chat widget at https://dacite.net.

      Program Details:
      Purpose: Customer support responses, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry.
Message Frequency: Typically 1-5 messages per inquiry, depending on the nature of your request.
Content: All messages are service-related. We do not send promotional or marketing content via SMS.
